“ I am giving this place a nostalgic 5 stars. I have been enjoying Picnic Pizza for decades since it was at the mall and on Slappey. The regular waitresses are great. I will say the individual slice quality control has reduce in recent years. Sometimes the slice will be only about four bites of cheese and the rest was bubbled up and burnt towards the crust. But I still go back as an Albany staple so that says it all. It is worth a visit. I know they have other good looking sandwiches although I haven't ordered them before. ”

“ Just returned from 3 years living in Sicily when my daughter suggested Picnic. I was not hopeful about the food being authentic, but I was way off. Probably the most authentic pasta in red sauce I've ever had in SWGA. Highly recommend the baked ziti and manicotti. Both were very authentic. ”
